<正> 5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)是嘧啶类抗代谢药物,临床作为肿瘤的化疗药物已有30多年的历史,目前是大多数肿瘤治疗的常用药物之一,并为乳腺癌、头颈部肿瘤和大肠癌治疗的首选药。研究表明5-FU的抗肿瘤作用与其参与代谢相关。5-FU与内源性核酸前体尿嘧啶结构上差别只在于嘧啶环上第5位的碳被氟原子置换,生物学特性与天然嘧啶相似,决定5-FU能以多种形式参与细胞的生命活动,如取代天然的
