摘要
代谢组学作为系统生物学的重要一环,已应用于诸多研究领域。它在营养学中的应用将逐步实现个性化的膳食搭配,在食品安全领域能促进分子毒理学的发展,在食品溯源和成分评价方面也有着广阔的应用空间。随着仪器手段的创新以及化学计量学的发展,它的应用也将不断深入,而多种组学数据库的建立和整合也将推动系统生物学的发展。
