摘要：

术后早期腹腔化疗(IPC)对结直肠癌术后腹膜种植和肝转移的防治具有重要意义。腹腔化疗联合细胞减负荷手术已经应用于结直肠癌伴腹膜癌病的治疗并取得了较好疗效。本文拟就结直肠癌腹腔化疗的理论基础、临床应用现状及研究进展作一综述。
