摘要：

动物实验和临床研究均证实孕激素可治疗绝经后骨质疏松,并与雌激素有协同作用。孕激素通过成骨细胞上的孕激素受体影响成骨细胞的增殖和分化,加速骨形成;同时竞争糖皮质激素受体及刺激降钙素的分泌,影响骨吸收。
