摘要：

青春期功能失调性子宫出血是青春期女性的常见妇科病之一,是由于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴发育不成熟引起的子宫异常出血,主要为无排卵型功血,临床表现为子宫长期的不规则出血,临床治疗以复方口服避孕药、孕激素等激素类药物治疗为主。本文拟对青春期功能失调性子宫出血的诊治进展做一综述。
