<正>1临床资料患者女,22岁,未婚。主因"右上腹胀痛伴后背放射痛1个月"入院。平素生活不规律,内分泌失调,但未使用激素治疗。实验室检查:谷丙转氨酶42 U/L。AFP、CEA,CA19-9正常,HbsAg阴性。B
