摘要：

选取2007—2020年中国A股非金融上市公司为样本，研究企业绿色创新是否存在行业同群效应以及共同机构所有权对行业绿色创新同群效应的影响。研究表明：企业绿色创新存在行业同群效应，共同机构所有权可以促进行业绿色创新同群效应。
