The non-Markovian stochastic wave functions (SWF) in non-white Gaussian fluctuations was presented. The stochastic propagator produced evolution of SWF evolution for time convolution and time-convolutionless dynamics. The results showed the structure of dissipation and fluctuations in an open quantum systems.
