The spin-boson dynamics was obtained in the second order approximation of the two-state system (TSS) bath coupling. A concrete solution was furnished for a fast bath. For the fast bath case, it was obtained that the coupling decreases and the temperature increases the coherence frequency. It was proved that generally, the second order approximation yields a biexponential decay for any spectral distribution of the bath.
