The energy scaling of the phase-matched high-order harmonic (HH) using a loosely focused beam was studied. Direct measurement of HH output energy was performed using an XUV photodiode. In general, when the interaction length was increased to 10 cm in 1.8 Torr argon gas, the total output energy in the spectral region of 34.8 to 25.8 nm attained was ∼0.7 μJ, and the 27th harmonic energy was estimated to be ∼0.3 μJ.
