A review of the literature published in 2008 on topics relating to wastewater treatment issues and technologies in the textile industries is presented. After a brief overview of the BATTLE project, the review is divided into the following sections: physico-chemical, biological and combined processes. Copyright © 2009 Water Environment Federation.
