<正>血小板的活化和聚集在冠状动脉斑块破裂、血栓形成中发挥着关键作用,成为冠心病尤其是急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）后发生不良心血管事件的基本原因[1]。抗血小板药物能有效阻断血小板的黏附、活化和聚集,在降低心血管事件中占有不可替代的重要地位,是冠心病治疗的基石。目前,经典的双联抗血小板治
