<正>炎症性肠病（IBD）包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）和克罗恩病（CD）,目前常规治疗方法有营养疗法、药物疗法、免疫制剂疗法、外科手术等[1,2]。到目前为止,该病病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明,治疗缺乏特异性,没有治愈的方法[3,4],导致部分顽固性患者病程迁延,反复发作,局部（癌变、大出血、肠穿孔等）和全身（多器官累及）并发症增多,严重危害患者的健康[5,6]。IBD对社会的影响也非常大,因为它可以发生于幼年
