摘要
The enhanced secondary-ion emission under gold-cluster bombardment with large energies from 4 keV to 10 Mev per atom was discussed. The nonlinear enhancement of secondary-ion emission yields with respect to the constituent number in the cluster projectiles varied with the incident velocity and type of secondary ions. The yields as a function of the projectile energy per atom showed an energy around 50-80 keV per atom for complex secondary ions.
