摘要
Superconducting YBaCuO films were charged with hydrogen from the gas phase at temperatures between 130°C and 190°C. The hydrogen concentration depth profiles were measured with the 15N nuclear reaction method. In addition, the normal state resistivity and the superconducting transition temperature were determined as a function of hydrogen concentration. We found that the films already contained a certain amount of hydrogen ([H] per cell of 0.08) before charging. The hydrogen depth profiles for uncharged and for charged samples showed an increased concentration near the surface, the hydrogen concentration only became uniform after approximately 100 nm. The normal state resistivity increased monotonically with hydrogen concentration. The films remained superconducting at least up to [H] per cell of 0.4 and the superconducting transition temperature was only slightly lowered by hydrogen charging in this hydrogen concentration range.
