:
A wide variety of BEDT-TTF (bis(ethylenedithio)-tetrathiafulvalene) salts have been synthesised with anionic 3d, 4d, and 5d metal complexes. Both mono- and polynuclear complexes have been employed. Most new phases are semiconducting.
