Thermodynamics and diffusion of the lattice gas with nearest neighbor attractive interactions on a simple cubic lattice were studied by statistical mechanics and Monte Carlo simulation means. It was shown that the SCADA results coincide within 1% with the Monte Carlo simulation data for the lattice gas equilibrium characteristics. In addition, the jump diffusion coefficient accurately reproduced the MC simulation data.
