摘要：

<正>骨性关节炎(osteoaIthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨退行性变和继发性骨质增生为主要病理特征的慢性骨关节疾病,临床上以缓慢性关节疼痛、僵硬、肿胀伴关节功能障碍为主要表现。细胞凋亡是一种由基因控制并依赖三磷酸腺苷(ATP)供能的细胞自主性死亡方式。随着细胞分子生物学的发展,国内外许多学者研究发现软骨细胞凋亡在OA的发生发展中起到关键作用[1～3]。但OA关节软骨中的软骨细胞凋亡机制还未明确,随着越来越多的凋亡相关因子的发现,
