重视老年糖尿病合并多种代谢异常的管理

摘要：

老年糖尿病是指年龄≥60岁的糖尿病患者,包括60岁前已经诊断和60岁以后诊断为糖尿病者。老年糖尿病患者往往合并多种代谢异常,且存在患病率、血糖水平、死亡率高和知晓率、诊断率、治疗率不高的现象。因此对于老年糖尿病患者,应进行综合、全面的评估,制定个体化控制目标,推荐“适度放宽,适当严管”;注重综合管理,选择安全、有效、温和的治疗策略,以期提高老年糖尿病的管理水平。
