<正>急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是指冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者粥样斑块破裂引起心肌缺血所致的一类疾病,包括不稳定型心绞痛(UA)、ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)和非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)。不稳定斑块破裂后,血小板活化、聚集,血栓形成,最终导致心肌组织的供氧减少。由于血小板在动脉血栓形成的病理、生理过程
