癫痫诊疗指南解读

<正>癫痫是神经系统常见疾病,儿童及老年人群高发,症状易反复发作,给社会、家庭和个人均带来沉重负担。正确认识癫痫并建立合理、规范的诊治方案在临床工作中尤为重要。近10年来,随着对疾病本质认识的深入,国际抗癫痫联盟(ILAE)、美国神经病学学会(AAN)及英国国家卫生与临床优化研究(NICE)等均发布了相关临床诊疗指南,针对癫痫临床诊治策略提出了较为重大的调整或补充。在此基础上,中国抗癫痫协会也于2015年发布了《临床诊疗指南·癫痫病分册》(2015修订
