<正>化疗诱导的周围神经病(CIPN)是抗癌药物引起的最严重的并发症之一。CIPN导致生活品质降低,感觉、运动、自主神经系统功能障碍,且常引起患者停止化疗。由于缺乏对CIPN的共识以及对其病理生理学的认识不清,导致患者经常被误诊和治疗不足。针对其发病机制,目前提出多种假设包括线粒体功能障碍、各种疼痛介质、A类和C类纤维的
