摘要
A method is described for the measurement of estrone, estradiol-17.beta. and estriol in nonpregnant women, using 5 ml urinary samples. It requires only one purification step subsequent to extraction. This simplification is made possible by the use of anion-exchange chromatography on AG1-X2 and especially, by high resolution gas liquid chromatography with a glass capillary column. Data on specificity, accuracy and precision, demonstrate the reliability of this method.
