用单克隆抗体免疫印迹法分析我国斑点热群立克次体抗原性

摘要
我们建立了2株抗Rickettsia sibirica strain 232的种特异性单抗(C11-D1和A9-G4),一株与斑点热群所有病原性立克次体抗原反应的群特异性单抗(C11-C2)。这些单抗均与R.sibirica的热敏抗原性多肽反应, 其中C11-C2和A9-G4识别R.sibirica 130KD抗原性多肽, C11-D1识别R. sibirica 130 KD和118KD两种抗原性多肽。用上述单抗与7株斑点热群立克次体中国分离株及R.sibirica国际标准株232和246作蛋白免疫印迹试验, 证明7株中国分离株与R. sibirica国际标准株的抗原性完全一致。
