<正>脑梗死是常见病、多发病,致残率高,约3/4患者会遗留运动功能障碍,早期很难判断患者的临床预后。脑功能重组对脑梗死患者的运动功能恢复起着决定性作用,对临床康复治疗有重要指导作用,但目前脑梗死预后的具体机制,尚不完全明确。静息态功能磁共振(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)是一种可分析全脑皮质功能连接及功能网络的神经影像学手段,其操作简便易行,对人体无创安
