用绿色荧光蛋白标记的细菌研究鱼体吸收颗粒抗原的部位

摘要
用绿色荧光蛋白标记的嗜水气单胞菌 4332株 (Ah4332 GFP)菌液高渗浸泡和直接浸泡异育银鲫 ,研究鱼体对颗粒抗原的吸收。经两种方法处理的鱼 ,在整个实验过程中显示 ,鱼鳃的标记菌检出量均高于皮肤和肠道中的标记菌 ,证实鳃是抗原吸收的主要部位。另外 ,鱼体经高渗处理 ,鳃和皮肤可检出的标记菌明显增加。在肠道中 ,除浸泡 6 0min外 ,浸泡 10min、30min及 12 0min的细菌检出量也明显增加。显示高渗可促进抗原的吸收
