响应曲面法研究蓖齿眼子菜克藻效应的环境因子

摘要
利用响应曲面法,评价了影响沉水植物蓖齿眼子菜对蛋白核小球藻产生克藻效应的3个环境因子(温度、光照强度、全盐量)的交互作用.结果表明,蓖齿眼子菜对蛋白核小球藻的藻细胞个数相对抑制率在温度为42℃、光照强度为2683lx、全盐量为3706mg/L时,达到最佳状态.方差分析显示,其显著性小于0.0001,相关系数为0.9800,模型拟合度较好.
