珍珠菜黄酮类化合物的研究

摘要
AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia clethroides Duby.METHOD:The constituents were isolated by the repeated chromatography and identified by spectral analysis. RESULT:Seven flavonoids were obtained. The structures were determined as kaempferol(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),pruning(Ⅲ),astragalin(Ⅳ),tiliroside(Ⅴ),rutin(Ⅵ) and isoquercitrin(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION:The compounds Ⅲ and Ⅴ were obtained from this genus for the first time and compoundsⅠandⅡ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
