摘要
肿瘤转移过程非常复杂,转移的肿瘤细胞最终能在转移器官植入成功并生长成瘤,不仅仅取决于肿瘤细胞的自身特点,还取决于肿瘤微环境的炎性特征以及肿瘤细胞与微环境之间的相互作用。全文主要从肿瘤转移相关基因和肿瘤微环境等方面综述了近几年来肿瘤转移分子机制研究的最新进展。
