<正>髋关节发育不良(development dysphasia of hip,DDH)是指髋臼对股骨头包容覆盖欠佳的一种发育性髋部发育畸形其髋臼发育浅、倾斜角度大。轻者在早期可无症状,但随着年龄的增长及下肢持重时间的延长最终可导致骨性关节炎形成。由于DDH导致患者髋关节解剖结构的异常具有特殊性,包括髋臼浅小变薄,股骨头较小,股骨颈前倾角大,股骨干近端髓腔狭窄、皮质变薄等,DDH分型对于其诊断和治疗具有
