摘要：

本文对认知行为疗法"第三浪潮"中最有代表性的疗法之一接纳与承诺疗法(ACT)进行了文献回顾分析。介绍了ACT的功能性语境主义哲学背景和关系框架理论(RFT)的理论基础,简述了ACT的六边形心理病理模型和两阶段治疗模式。最后在回顾ACT的实证研究领域和应用范畴的基础上,对该疗法在中国本土背景下的适用性和未来发展进行了展望。
