网络交互模式与创业支持类型——基于中国孵化产业的实证分析

摘要：

企业孵化网络为初创企业构建起高效的孵化资源交互平台,创业支持模式也随之发生变化。本文从社会网络理论出发,研究了直接联系与间接联系在孵化过程中对创业支持的作用机理。结果表明,商务支持通过与孵化器的直接联系获得。技术支持依托孵化器的中介作用,通过间接联系获得,这一过程中,初创企业的资源整合能力发挥正向调节作用。
