摘要
<正>帕金森病(PD)是继阿尔茨海默病(AD)后人类第二大神经退行性疾病,由中脑黑质致密部多巴胺变性脱失引起,临床主要表现为运动症状和非运动症状,其中PD认知功能障碍近年来备受关注,包括PD轻度认知功能障碍和PD痴呆,随着病情的逐步进展,PD轻度认知功能障碍最终可发展为PD痴呆,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担,还增加PD患者的致残风险、死亡率和病死率[1-2]。PD患者从发病到进展为痴呆少则3~5年,多则20~30年,因此,对PD认知障碍患者
