美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎相关结直肠癌变的化学预防作用

摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎发生癌变为其最为严重的并发症。虽然肠镜监测作为二级预防能够发现异型增生和早期癌,然而当前数据尚未显示该策略可减少相应的死亡率。因此化学预防药物更为人们所青睐,其中较为明确和相关研究较多的为美沙拉嗪。
