摘要：

目的:阐述腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗方法,为患者及医务人员提供选择空间。方法:通过阅读大量文献资料,遵循循证医学的理论,将腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗方法总结起来。结果:微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症取得了举世成就,尤其是全内窥镜作为微创脊柱外科的新技术更是在治疗腰椎间盘突出症及其相关的神经根病方面取得了令人满意的效果。结论:微创治疗方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有着广阔的前景,在治疗腰椎间盘突出症与开放手术相比有着更大的优势。
