自噬异常与炎症性肠病发病的关系

摘要：

炎症性肠病(IBD)患者体内存在细胞自噬功能低下的现象。ATG16L1、NOD2、IRGM等自噬相关基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与IBD的易感性有关。自噬可能通过免疫应答与耐受、胞内菌感染、免疫调节功能与Paneth细胞功能异常以及内质网应激等过程影响IBD的发病。本文就自噬异常与IBD发病的关系作一综述。
