多元文化经验对创造性的促进效应及其教育意蕴

摘要
多元文化经验指的是个体在与他种文化的成员或元素进行沟通接触时,所获得的所有直接和间接的经验。随着经济全球化的快速发展,个体拥有越来越多的体验到不同文化的机会,并由此形成丰富的多元文化经验。针对这一状况,文章分析了多元文化经验对创造性的促进效应,并对其心理认知机制进行了阐析。在当前鼓励"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,通过开展多元文化教育有助于提升个体及团体的创新素养,能够为学校中的创新型人才培养提供新的思路。
