知识共享是企业持续创新和保持竞争优势的关键,其已成为学界和业界共同关心的焦点。系统地评述了影响知识共享的组织特征、团队特征、个人特征、文化特征、动机的国外研究文献。在此基础上,探讨了知识共享发展趋势及对我国企业知识管理的启示。
