摘要：

目的　了解更昔洛韦 (ganciclovir)治疗带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法　治疗组予更昔洛韦 0 .2 5 2次 /d静脉滴注 ;对照组予阿昔洛韦 0 .2 5每 8h静脉滴注 ;1、2、3、5、7天观察症状、体征 ,两组疗程均为 7天。结果　治疗组与对照组总有效率分别是 85 .7%、6 6 .4%,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组止痛效果明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　更昔洛韦治疗重症带状疱疹及以疼痛为主的带状疱疹是一个安全、高效的药物。
