摘要
作为组织互助过程的重要开端,员工求助行为并没有得到应有的理论和实践关注。本文基于主动行为阶段模型将员工求助过程划分为预期、计划和影响三个阶段,探讨了员工求助的发生动因、心理过程和行为结果。此外,基于计划行为理论,本文进一步探讨了员工的行为信念、规范信念和控制信念对不同阶段求助心理和行为的综合影响。这一员工求助过程整合模型的构建旨在为后续相关研究提供理论框架。
