摘要：

膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,根治性膀胱切除术同时行盆腔淋巴结清扫术,是肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗。微创方法一直是外科治疗膀胱癌的焦点,以腹腔镜及机器人辅助技术为代表。本文就根治性全膀胱切除的研究进行综述。
