二硫代氨基甲酸盐类(EBDCs)杀菌剂残留检测及降解动态综述

摘要
鉴于二硫代氨基甲酸盐类(EBDCs)农药的代谢物乙撑硫脲(ETU)具有致癌、致畸特性,其环境残留性日益受到关注。本文主要综述了EBDCs和ETU环境残留检测方法,及其在土壤和农产品中的降解动态。顶空气相色谱法是测定EBDCs的传统方法,缺点是不能进行定性测定。改进的衍生化-液相色谱/质谱法检出限低,精密度可靠,为目前推荐的方法;直接液相色谱法为水中ETU快速检出的方法。大量田间试验研究表明,施药后EBDCs及其代谢物ETU在土壤和作物中降解半衰期<30d,属易降解类农药。未来EBDCs类农药残留研究应更多关注于原药及代谢物在不同环境介质中的迁移转化规律,以及生物富集特性,以为其生态安全性提供依据。
