β受体阻滞剂在高血压治疗中的地位和再评价

摘要：

<正>β受体阻滞剂作为治疗心血管疾病的基石药物,广泛应用于心血管疾病和非心血管疾病的治疗,多年来一直是多国权威指南推荐的首选抗高血压药物之一。不同β受体阻滞剂存在明显的异质性,运用于临床的疗效存在差异。近年由于对数个为不同目的设计的临床试验结果的扩大或不适解读,β受体阻滞剂用于高血压治疗的重要地位受到了挑战和质疑。本文就β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压的争议进行分析和探讨。
