支气管肺癌的血液供应——大白鼠肺鳞癌模型的血管灌注与选择性支气管动脉造影的对照研究

摘要：

用两种不同颜色的硅橡胶灌注32只大白鼠肺鳞癌模型的两套血管:支气管动脉和肺动脉。结合10例肺癌患者的选择性支气管动脉造影,获得了有关肺癌血供问题的重要资料。结果表明,肺癌由支气管动脉供血,肺动脉不参与肺癌的血供。本文讨论了这一结果对临床实践的意义。
