摘要：

乳腺癌已成为世界范围内最常见的女性恶性肿瘤,并且居女性癌症相关死亡病因的第2位。自1894年美国医生Halsted在约翰.霍普金斯医院开展第1例乳腺癌根治术至今,乳腺癌的治疗已有110年的历史。早在20世纪70年代,Fisher教授就提出了"乳腺癌是一种全身性疾病"的理念,随着近十几年来乳腺癌大宗病例的随访和分子生物学理论及技术的发展,国内外学者对这种理念才真正达成共识。尽管近年来,早期诊断、手术后放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗和分子靶向治疗等综合手段的应用,使乳腺癌病死率呈下降趋势,但乳腺癌的复发转移,尤其是远处转移仍然是困扰临床医生的最大难题。本期专门邀请了国内多位乳腺癌治疗专家,对乳腺癌的内科诊治进展进行探讨。
