神经导航系统在颅脑手术中的初步应用

摘要
在7例颅脑手术.包括2例星形胶质瘤、2例脑膜瘤、1例海绵状血管瘤、1例颅咽管瘤及1例听神经瘤中,以Stealth Station神经导航系统提供手术野和CT影像的实时吻合、术中导航.结果表明,导航系统能优化手术入路,术中实时定位解剖结构和病灶.除1例早期病例外,平均坐标误差为1.93~4.89mm.表面注册误差0.81~1.28mm,持续准确性0.5~3.2mm.提示Stealth Station神经导航系统可靠、准确性高,是开展微侵袭神经外科手术的重要工具.
