摘要
枸杞多糖是传统药食两用的枸杞子的主要功效成分,近年来研究表明其具有增加免疫能力、抗氧化和延缓衰老、抗肿瘤、神经保护、抗辐射、保护生殖系统等功能,作者对其功效研究、安全性和应用的研究进展进行了综述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。
