<正>选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors,SSRIs)是目前抗抑郁治疗的一线用药,其作用机制是通过抑制突触前膜对5-羟色胺(5-HT)再摄取,提高突触间隙内5-HT的浓度,从而增强5-HT能神经元的功能。同三环类药物(TCAS)相
