北美iSchool课程教学大纲与LIS工作要求匹配度研究

摘要：

采用内容分析法分析了北美iSchool课程教学大纲、LIS工作要求以及它们之间的匹配度。发现iSchool的课程内容与工作要求匹配度较高,但应增加数据管理、媒体管理、数据库开发、网站设计与知识产权等新兴主题的课程。同时,总结了10大新兴工作职位,指出当前用人单位偏好那些具有较强的技术能力、领导能力,以及应对快速变化工作环境能力的人;并找出了课程内容与工作要求存在较大差距的主题,对iSchool课程改革提出了建议。
