普拉克索治疗帕金森病合并抑郁症的临床观察

摘要：

目的评价普拉克索对帕金森病合并抑郁症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法本院确诊为原发帕金森病患者共30例予普拉克索治疗3个月,在治疗前后进行自评抑郁量表(SDS)、统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)和简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表评分。结果 PD患者普拉克索治疗后SDS、UPDRS评分较治疗前显著降低,而MMSE量表评分治疗前后比较差异不明显。SDS量表中哭泣、思维混乱、思考困难、不满足感改善最明显,且普拉克索副反应轻微。结论普拉克索治疗PD的部分非运动症状及抑郁症安全且具有一定的效果。
